The Blake Orlando Foundation (“Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting NICU infants and their families.

3. Medical Financial Assistance Program

The Foundation may provide charitable assistance to eligible individuals through its programs.

a. No Guarantee of Assistance

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or financial assistance. Assistance decisions are made at the Foundation’s sole discretion, consistent with program guidelines and available funding.

b. Not Medical or Financial Advice

The Foundation is not a medical provider, insurer, legal advisor, or financial advisor. Information provided on this Site is for informational purposes only and should not be relied on as medical, legal, or financial advice.

c. Third-Party Providers

If assistance is provided, payments may be made directly to third-party providers (such as hospitals or vendors). The Foundation is not responsible for any services rendered by third parties, billing disputes, collection actions, or unpaid balances.
