Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

The Blake Orlando Foundation deeply appreciates the generosity of our donors and supporters. Contributions allow us to support NICU infants and their families through financial assistance, comfort, and community care.

Because donations are charitable contributions and are typically put to work quickly to serve families in need, all donations are considered final and non-refundable, except in limited circumstances outlined below.

One-Time Donations

Refunds for one-time donations may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate donation was made in error

  • An incorrect donation amount was entered accidentally

  • A technical or processing error occurred during the transaction

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the donation date.

Recurring Donations

Donors who have enrolled in recurring (monthly or scheduled) donations may cancel or modify their recurring contribution at any time by:

  • Using the donor account or payment link provided at the time of donation, or

  • Contacting the Foundation directly at [Insert your email address]

Once a recurring donation has been processed, it is considered final and not refundable, except in cases of proven technical or processing error.

Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not retroactively refund previously processed donations.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (when applicable), please provide:

  • Donor’s full name

  • Date and amount of the donation

  • Payment method used

  • Reason for the request

Approved Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary based on financial institutions or payment providers.

Tax Deductibility

If a refund is issued, the donation will no longer qualify as a charitable contribution for tax purposes.
